How do I get a home delivery?
We’re sorry, but at this time we do not offer home delivery. Our meals can be purchased through local retailers.
Are the meals chilled or frozen?
That depends on the retailer you buy from. From our production side, we provide the meals in both chilled and frozen formats.
What’s the shelf life?
The shelf life depends on whether the meals are chilled or frozen:
Chilled: 12 days from production
Frozen: 360 days from production
Where can I buy the meals?
In Ireland, our meals are available in Costcutter stores, Fresh The Good Food Market (Dublin), and selected Centra stores.
Do the meals contain allergens?
Yes, some of our meals do contain allergens. These are clearly listed and highlighted on the meal sleeves.
Are the meals available in food service or multi-pack formats for larger customers?
Yes, we provide the meals in individual components for food service clients, including staff canteens, catering facilities, immigration accommodation centres, cafés, restaurants, wholesalers, and distributors across Ireland, the UK, Germany, France, and Spain.
How are the meals packed?
The meals are packed in trays suitable for reheating in both ovens and microwaves.
How do I become a supplier or distributor?

Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes, both the trays and sleeves are recyclable.
Who are the meals for?
Our Living Well Foods range is designed for people who prioritise protein as a key part of their diet. All meals in the range are legally classified as either high in protein or a source of protein, and some have even received awards for quality.
How do I heat the meals?
All our meals can be reheated in either a microwave or oven. Just follow the heating instructions on the sleeve.
